ALL AMERICAN CHEESEBURGER: Lean ground beef over our special “Patriot” sauce, onions and dill pickle slices topped with shredded cheddar then baked. We finish it off with freshly shredded lettuce and tomato slices! A true American favorite!
BACON CHICKEN RANCH: our crust is first topped with Ranch dressing, generous amounts of bacon, grilled chicken breast and finished off with shredded mozzarella.
BACON, LETTUCE & TOMATO: The classic BLT but on a pizza. Our sauce is Ranch dressing, covered with 20 slices of hickory smoked bacon and 8oz of shredded mozzarella, plus 2 oz of shredded cheddar. The lettuce and tomato slices go on after it’s baked for a delicious and unique pizza favorite.
BEEF, BACON & CHEDDAR: It’s just what the name implies; a garlic spread base with loads of chipped beef and hickory smoked bacon over a barbeque sauce then covered with shredded cheddar for a smoky Southwestern flavor.
BREAKFAST PIZZA: Available with ham or sausage or both! Our scrambled egg base is loaded with meat, diced peppers and onions for a one of a kind breakfast (or brunch) treat.
BROCCOLI, BACON & CHEDDAR: our fresh dough crust is first topped with a cheddar cheese sauce, loads of broccoli and bacon, and finished off with shredded cheddar.
CHICKEN ALFREDO: Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce! Grilled chicken breast meat, Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese festooned with diced green pepper, red onion slices and sliced mushrooms make this one of our most popular new offerings. A final layer of shredded mozzarella holds all that flavor in place!
CHICKEN, BROCCOLI-RANCH: our Ranch dressing covered crust with an abundance of broccoli florets, mushrooms, chicken breast meat and Parmesan covered at last by a layer of shredded mozzarella.
CHICKEN CORDON BLEU: We use a base of thick, savory chicken gravy and add grilled chicken breast cubes, a layer of white American cheese, followed by our Virginia baked ham and 6 full slices of Swiss cheese for the Cadillac of Gourmet Pizzas!
CHICKEN WING: A Ranch dressing base is loaded with grilled chicken breast cubes coated in your choice of Buffalo Wing sauce (hot, medium, or mild) then topped with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. One of our most popular specialty pizzas!
GOLIATH PEPPERONI: on top of our traditional deluxe pizza sauce we layer on 18 full slices of our jumbo sandwich size pepperoni. Next in line comes a layer of provolone cheese followed by a generous helping of shredded mozzarella. Why “Goliath”? This masterpiece features 3X the amount of pepperoni by weight as our original cheese and pepperoni pizza.
HAWAIIAN: this exotic creation features diced cooked ham, pineapple slices, hot pepper rings and shredded mozzarella on our delicious fresh dough crust.
ITALIAN MEATBALL: It’s just what you’d expect. Our popular Italian pizza sauce, lots of diced meatballs sprinkled with diced green peppers, Parmesan and plenty of shredded mozzarella.
LASAGNA: we paint our crust with garlic butter to start and top it with nearly a pint of ricotta cheese, 8oz of marinara sauce (not pizza sauce) and cover it all with shredded mozzarella. On top of the cheese goes our famous Italian sausage and grated Parmesan. A final sprinkling of sweet basil & oregano and “Voila”!
MEAT LOVERS: For the carnivores among us! On top of our pizza sauce we liberally add Virginia Baked Ham, Capacola Hot Ham, Pepperoni and our famous Italian Sausage all under a blanket of mozzarella!
MEXICAN TACO: this south of the border treat features cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, taco flavored ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, green peppers and taco chips!
PHILLY CHEESE STEAK: we begin with our garlic spread and add plenty of Philly steak, provolone cheese, mushrooms, green peppers & onions. A final layer of shredded mozzarella will make you think you’re in the City of Brotherly Love!
REUBEN: “You can’t put a Reuben sandwich on a pizza”, they said! Well, we didn’t believe them and the result is truly scrumptious. We start with 1000 Island dressing for the sauce, layer on generous slices of authentic corned beef and fresh sauerkraut. It’s all held in place by a healthy layer of Swiss cheese!
SUPREME: the name says it all: generous amounts of peperoni, sausage, onions, green peppers, black olives, hot pepper rings, mushrooms and shredded mozzarella. Supremo!
TUSCAN TRIO: we begin with 8oz of Marinara sauce sprinkled liberally with garlic. Next we layer in a half pound of our famous Italian sausage, ¼ lb. of Italian Hot Ham (capacola) and a half dozen Italian style meatballs. 8 full slices of provolone and 8oz of mozzarella and a sprinkle of oregano complete the pie.
VEGGIE: No Meat Here! Nothing but lots of tomatoes, onions, green peppers, oregano and garlic topped with provolone and mozzarella cheeses.
WHITE PIZZA: On top of our fresh dough crust we brush olive oil and sprinkle it with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. We then add almost a pint of fresh ricotta and a layer of Provolone cheese. Onions are arranged on top of the cheese and then covered with shredded mozzarella. The final layer is comprised of tomato slices and dusted with oregano and sweet basil.
YAHOO CHICKEN: our base is fresh tomato salsa, covered with succulent grilled chicken breast pieces and diced hickory smoked bacon. As a topping we use a full 8oz of shredded cheddar cheese for that great taste of the ol’ Southwest! Yahoo!
BEEF on WECK: plenty of succulent roast beef, horseradish sauce, onions, Swiss cheese, mozzarella and sprinkled with caraway seeds and coarse salt! D-Lish-Us!
OLD #52: Our delicious pizza sauce topped with 5 kinds of cheese: Swiss, provolone, Parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar then garnished with 2 kinds of bacon: Canadian & Hickory Smoked bacon. A veritable cornucopia of flavor!
